not been resolved upon shall not continue to
be examined in the next Legislative Yuan.",
the case had been returned to the Ministry
of Labor. Labor Insurance Pension Reform is
an important task, considering its significant
influence to the rights and interests of the
workers. The Ministry of Labor, therefore,
has been soliciting opinions from different
industries on an ongoing basis, so as to work
out a feasible and practical pension reform
program.
